Off topic: Read any good books?

We have a great community here on CelticsBlog so I thought I’d open up some off-topic discussions this week. Please take part by sharing your thoughts in the comments down below.

So, ready any good books? Recent books, older books, basketball books, fiction books, classic literature books, whatever.

Obviously there are too many to name all in one place, but my favorite basketball books are Let Me Tell You A Story by John Feinstein and Red Auerbach and The Last Shot by Darcy Frey.

Brad Stevens seems to be a big fan of Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck. I wasn’t aware of this, but there’s a book about Brad Stevens himself.

I’m a big fan of classic literature (they’re classics for a reason!) like Shakespeare, Hemingway, Dickens, etc. I also like J. R. R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis.

More recently I really enjoyed A Man Called Ove by Fredrick Backman, Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, and Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow.

As you can tell, I love books. I’m a firm believer that reading makes you a better writer.

So give me your book recommendations!
